A project where the design evolved as the work progressed, finished with clean lines framed in gravel.
01
The brief
Not every project arrives fully designed. At Hampton Court, the client's ideas grew as the work went on, and they wanted a team who could grow with them without losing control of quality or cost.
02
What we did
We kept the project flexible. As the client evolved the design, we adapted the plan with them, talked through each change, and kept a close eye on the detail and the budget at every step.
Outside, the finish is simple and precise: stone stepping slabs laid in gravel along the side return, with crisp, straight edges. Simple details like this only look effortless when the levels and lines underneath are right. It's the kind of quiet precision we enjoy most.
03
The finish
Clean lines framed in gravel, and a client happy with how it all came together. In their words: "Quality of work was incredibly good and budget was adhered to. Highly recommended."
I evolved the design as we processed and the team were flexible and helpful, showing great attention to detail. Quality of work was incredibly good and budget was adhered to. Highly recommended.
