An interior renovation with a clear goal and a tight budget. The clients knew what they wanted their home to feel like, and needed a team who could get them there without the cost running away.

Mauro worked with the clients to find the right solution for the space and the budget, then the team carried it through on site. The bathroom shows the approach. Instead of spending on everything, the money went on a few pieces that set the tone: a fluted timber vanity, a vessel basin, and stone-look tiles running across the walls. A panelled door, a rainfall shower head and carefully set tiling complete the room.

Good bathrooms are mostly about planning. Tile size, spacing, grout colour and levels are decided before the first tile goes on, so the finished walls line up and the room feels calm rather than busy.

A warm, natural bathroom that looks considered rather than expensive, and a home finished the way the clients pictured it. In their words, Mauro worked with them "to deliver our dream solution within a tight budget".
